I have two young children, age 3 and 4. For young children the dentist can be scary at times, but not for one second with this staff! Starting from the time you walk into the door to the check out process this office and staff were nothing short of perfect! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Kitchen removed a very sore tooth. I am a dentist worse nightmare but Dr. Kitchen was very patient and he made the entire process painfree. I would.recommended Dr. Kitchen to anyone who has had a bad dental experience.
Dr. Matt and his staff are unparalleled. Kind, professional, prompt and precise. It's great to know one can still receive excellent service with small town integrity.
We love this office. They are very nice and patient. Our family goes here. My 2 yr old has had her first cleaning and they do great. She also sits on me as they clean mine and she is crawling around looking to see whar they are doing. Lol I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.
This was my first visit to the Susquehanna Family Dental Practice and I was very pleased. I am terrible with names, but the hygienist was cheerful, explained everything they were doing, and was very gentle. If I have any complaints, it would be that when the Doctor came in he did not introduce him self. So I have no idea who I saw. Otherwise a great all around experience.
Our visit at Susquehanna Family Dental is always enjoyable. I am so glad to have been able to join my daughter as a patient at this dentistry. We walk away feeling like part of the team and look forward to seeing the workers each time. The workers are very sociable and pleasant. As no one really looks forward to going to the dentist, the workers make our visit very pleasant.
