First visit was excellent! Both of my girls (Talitha & Josie) really like the hygienists and Dr McKissick. So happy we switched. Thank you.
They have good dental care.
I don't remember who the dental hygienist was, but she was very kind, easy to talk to, and she did a wonderful job. Most dentists offices result in bleeding gums for me, but she managed to clean my teeth without cutting my gums. I had a minimal wait time followed by a thorough and pleasant cleaning, and even the dentist was kind when he came in for a final look. The staff and environment was all wonderful.
Dr. McKissick always takes care of my dental problems. He has made two dentures for me. I can eat everything! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The woman who cleans my teeth for me provides an excellent service. She speaks clearly and intelligently. She is very thorough and confident which makes me feel confident I am getting excellent service.
I'm very pleased with the way Dr. Kitchen repaired my tooth, a piece of it broke off the last day of our vacation. It looks great and feels very smooth. Thanks again. Also you got me in quickly when I called for an appointment,
I was called promptly and Katie explained each step of my cleaning as she proceeded. Both she and Dr. Kitchen repeatedly asked about my comfort and any questions I might have. Everyone is courteous and professional.
I drive about an hour to Susquehanna Dental when I need dental work done .. there's a reason for that and that is Dr. McKissick and Susquehanna Dental staff are so good at what they do .. Jennifer recently worked with me to give me an opening today for a cleaning and cavity fill that was beyond the call of duty, texting and calling me back to get the details worked out ..
