The first Sushi Shop restaurant opened its doors in 2000 at the Atwater Market and since then, the Quebec chain has become a predecessor in the Asian cuisine. Great sushi pizza and maki
Went for lunch. Was a Lunch bag letdown. Got Combo B w Miso Soup. Spent $20 for below average Maki - a small piece of shrimp and cucumber and “chefs choice” was a roll w just avocado. Miso wasn’t great either. Place is run down and dated. So meh food + meh place.
Grabbed a quick lunch, here. They have an extensive menu. As a vegetarian, their vegetarian sumomaki was fresh and well made. Satisfied meal. A bit slow in the service but understandable since only one employee was present and was attaining another customer.
