If you don't see a roll you want on the belt, don't order it. Wait til somebody else orders one. They'll make a whole roll, charge that person $2 for a plate and then give the rest of the roll away for free. Patience is a virtue. 2 stars only because it's more convenient than the other All-You-Can-Eat Sushi joint in town.
