I've been on the hunt for my 'go to' sushi place since I moved to the metroplex five years ago. I finally stumbled upon Sushi Envy, and I am quite impressed. They have a wonderful variety of rolls and are very quick to accommodate special orders. Of course, I love that they have specials and happy hours to cater to my more modest budget. My recommendation: try the Torch Roll. It's different and so very flavorful!
