Doctor was great. Receptionist was rude to me when I inquired about a prescription over the phone.
I found that Dr. Susannah McClain and her staff are very professional and yet provide the personal touch with the level of care which is rare in today's medical world. Tops. One of the best available in our area.

I've seen both Dr Mcclains and I really like both, but being a woman for the head to toe exams I want a woman because it's more comfortable to me. But other than that, both of them are very comfortable and easy. Definitely recommend

Dr. Susannah McClain was wonderful to me. On my very first appt with her she removed what turned out to be a melanoma on my upper arm. When she had me back to discuss the results, she had already made me an appt with a surgical oncologist at the Hillman Cancer Center within the next 48 hours. I didn't have to think about or research who I should go to and I really appreciated that. She called me at home 3 or 4 times just to see how I was doing. She is an excellent and caring doctor.
Excellent patient care. As a new patient I was seen right away and was able to arranged follow up appointments that fit my schedule.
I highly recommend Dr McClain and her staff. She is very good at what she does and talks to you more as a friend, than a doctor. I feel very comfortable and worry free while in her care.
