I have been to the office twice. Not sure about the front desk. Not sure if they like me but with each dr and their assistants they have been exceptional. Kudos to both Dr Mclains and their assistants
I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dr. McClain abd would definitely recommend her and the practice to my family and friends.
Wonderful doctor and medical assistant. Doctor is very knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk with. Medical assistant was the same. I had a biopsy done, it fast and just about painless. First doctor I have been to where you didn’t have to wait. Would most definitely would recommend her and her staff.

Dr. McClain is wonderful! She takes the time to listen to any concerns/problems. She then takes time to go over any findings/follow up on your concerns. Dr. McClain makes me feel calm and welcome during my visits. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. McClain and Three Rivers Dermatology to my friends and family.
I was very impressed with Dr McClain. She took a personal interest in my problem and seem to do whatever she can to help. I would recommend her to others.
Dr. McClain and her staff are very thorough and take their time in understanding your needs. Dr. McClain discusses her treatment plan before commencing so that you understand what she will do for you and what you have to do for yourself. I highly recommend Dr. McClain.
I just recently switched to this practice and am very happy!! The front desk people are great and Dr. McClain and her assistants couldn't be nicer. Very good experience in my first two visits -- I actually feel like I matter!!! And, I very much appreciate that Dr. McClain has a great sense of humor -- makes the visit more pleasant!
