My recent experience with Dr. Love and everyone in the office was truly amazing! My son recently needed to be seen and was in pain and they were able to get us an appt. quickly. My son (age 10) has autism, and has delayed verbal communication skills, as well as sensory sensitivities. He was very scared and I felt sad for him. Dr. Love was very calm and understanding. The Doctor was great, resolved my issue. The front desk staff however, were atrocious. There was a billing issue with the insurance and I pointed out how the they were over charging. Instead of looking further into the matter and contacting the insurance provider, they were ignored it altogether and I was met with attitude. May not seem like much, but due to this incident, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Go get a pedicure. She couldn't see an ingrown toenail if her eyes depend on it. And she couldn't feel a pulse in my foot so my cardiologist ordered everything and said don't go back!!! You are fine!!!! Ridiculous.
