They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
Dr. Lacks is amazing. She is so good-- cares for you every step. And she is wonderful at working with other offices to coordinate your care. She also will call you at home to check in. I love Dr. Lacks.
I've never had any other doctor give me better advice, and it was completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
