Needs Customer Service Attitude Adjustment – Went 1x and will not return- pricing and stylist changed from time I booked appointment to time I checked out. Attitude of owner and hair stylist (male) was condescending and arrogant. Round Rock needs a nice day spa-- hope they can get it together.

Do not get your hair done at Susan Hart Boutique – I went to Susan Hart boutique to get a consult about my hair. I just wanted to get a cut then I was talked into changing my haircolor. The man that cut and colored my hair was John(William) and I told him that I DID NOT want my hair to be anything close to red which he assured me it would not be.
