Best Salon in Round Rock Lacy is the best – I stopped in the get my 8 year old daughters haircut. Lacy took us in the back made my daughter feel and home and made her hair look beautiful!
Not Just Your Run of the Mill Salons! – I love the Susan Hart Boutique, Salon & Day Spa! On my first visit to the salon, I was made to feel like family. Everyone was friendly & professional & the services are very affordable. Mandy is the only stylist who has been able to give me the two dimensional color I'd requested for years. Love this place! – I love this place, I got my hair done by Mandy and she is cute and talented! I just moved here from out of town, and I was really scared about finding someone I could trust, but I found my spot! and my stylist too! This salon is so cute, and it is right next to a really cute coffee shop, getting my hair done in a new town is now a treat!
Great Local Salon – I've been to a lot of sophisticated salons before, but I can honestly say that Susan Hart blew me away! Won't be coming here that's for sure. – Today we went to Friar Tucks Engligh Cafe next door and walked by Susan Hart. I picked up a service menu at Friar Tucks to go over because I need a new stylist. I would have gone inside but I had no time. So I saw that top prices for haircuts are $100 and highlights $240? I personally think spending $340 for a cut and highlight by the most experienced stylist is too expensive for Round Rock, even me as a high-income business professional. The appointments were not made by the salon, but a separate INDEPENDENT stylist. There was no system malfunction. Haircuts are not $100 (starting at $35 and up). What review was responded to 5 times? This is not a review of service or experience. Come in and experience the store rather than going off of hearsay and speculation. We are willing and able to be the best salon possible. We're always striving to grow and improve.
Dont waste your time – They are closed when they say open, and close even when you have appointments! They stood my friend up along with a few other July 4th weekend. They made appointments but nobody was there to do their hair! Iam writing this in my friends defense!

We are sorry to hear this.The appointment was made with an independent stylist and they directed them to come see them on Saturday when the store was closed for the holiday weekend (the sign on the window had been up days prior and until July 5th AM. No appointments scheduled in our system over the holiday). They have keys (they rent a space) and should have been here. We were unaware and would love to help. If your friend is willing to come in we will rectify the situation. Deepest apologies.
