Root canel, teeth cleaning. Rude very unprofessional staff apologies are given when we leave for her comments. You have to hear about her surgeries, her allergies, tolerate her being behinde in her schedule. Then to be told your a poor parent not brushing your child's teeth well.
The best way to describe Dr. Carron is OK with kids. She wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. I found her to be condescending towards me, and definitely lacking the gentle touch that you see with most pediatric dentists. I will be looking for another dentist for future visits.
Not child freindly if not for Billy we would have stopped long ago. Dr Carron, told me my child was very active and would need to be drugged to have a crown. Gee I bet all children would be active if they knew what was going to happen.
My son had multiple cavities Dr. Carron filled. I found her condescending; she lacked good communication as well as a soft touch you'd expect from a pediatric dentist. Two examples of the above: The first time my son saw a dentist at the age of 3 (as my Peditrician recommended), the Dr. Carron's hygentist informed me that my son had very pitty teeth and several cavities. Dr. Carron was rude and insenstitive. She spoke about my special needs daughter and I as if we were not even in the room. My daughter is terrified of dentists now. Absolutely horrible experience.
Dr. Cullen is awesome! She is extremely kind to the kids, but not to the point where she can't get her job done; so she's firm as well, but not in an uncomfortable way. I would direct anyone to go to this office. The staff is wonderful, and they really try and work with you as far as appointments. One of the best decisions I've ever made was to take my children there.
Dr. Carron is the Best! She is very conscientious and her staff is out of this world. They care so much about kids. If you have special need children this is the place to be. She is incredible with kids and I will never leave. Penny Shapiro
Very unprofessional. Gave us an appointment for 10:30 AM, when enquired at 11 AM, I was told, it would take another 30-45 Min more to see my daugther. Looks like they booked more than one patient at a time. Front desk doesn't care to acknowledge their mistake,
