Dr. Carter and her staff is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend her for any of your dental needs. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming!
Everything went great, the staff is so experienced that they put me in good hands and I felt at ease. I still think the pictures of Dr. Susan Carter-O'Shea's horses should be display for all the patients to see not just the ones that go in the restroom! Ken

I like: getting in at or before the appointment time, the cleaning...doesn't hurt, the tech and the overall friendliness of the staff and Dr. Carter-O'Shea.
I have never been disappointed at Dr. Carter's dentist office! Quite the opposite! I LOVE that every time I go I see familiar faces, NOT new staff every time, unlike a lot of medical offices I have been to; My experience is that they're always pretty much on time. I don't spend a lot of time in the waiting room like some dentist's offices! They're very conscientious about your comfort and are good about explaining what's going on and what to expect next. This office is a winner!

I recently had my teeth cleaned in Dr. Carter's office. The ladies at the desk are always happy and and very professional. Melody (hygienist) makes my teeth cleaning a pleasant experience! Thank you Dr. Carter the drive from St. Joseph is worth it!!!
Dr. Carter's office is and has always been the kindest office to enter! Starting with the sweet girls at the front desk, to Steve the dental hygienist and of course Dr. Susan Carter. These folks have gone above and beyond for my children and me- many times! I feel lucky to work with with the whole staff and it's always a pleasure to visit!
