The staff in this office was is wonderful. They are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed. Dr. Carter-O'Shea is also extremely nice and explains the process to you in a way that you understand. You do not feel like you are being up sold on services that are not needed. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Carter's office always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm not as nervous anymore. Great dentist!
Moving a lot has made us find new providers and I've had many dentist visits. The team at Susan Carters office is easily the best experience. I'm welcomed and always made comfortable. The cleaning process is effective and not harsh and rough. I'm always informed and given suggestions about my dental hygiene. My infant daughter loved being held by everyone in the office as I got my teeth cleaned. Ps---the lobby VHS movies and tv are a bonus for toddlers!
