When I arrived I was was greeted by the very friendly receptionists! And I've always liked how you only have to sign only your first name when you arrive. Confidentiality is very important! As usual, Steve gave me an excellent cleaning, and carefully explained everything he was doing to my teeth, including a screening for oral cancer. My 17 year old twins Jack and Sama had a checkup today and need fillings. With school, work, etc trying to find an appointment date that works for all of us is not a problem with Dr Carter-O'Shea's office. And knowing we needed it done before the end of the insurance year we were able to get them scheduled for times convenient to our families work, school, sleep schedule. Thank you to a great office team!!
My first visit to Susan Carter as a dentist was outstanding. The technology was far advanced from my last practitioner and each step along the way was carefully explained.

I've been going to see Dr. Carter since moving from Iowa 20 years ago. The whole staff is very friendly, clean and professional office, knowledgeable staff and goes well beyond expectations. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr Carter and her staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Generous caring smiles and obvious knowledge of their craft. I had issues with my insurance and they went to every length to help me. Cannot speak highly enough of this team. I will never go anywhere but this dentist office .
This appointment, as all of them, was excellent. It began right on time; the tech and the dentist were proficient, thorough, gentle, sensitive, and all that while maintaining the utmost professionally. My teeth feel great and look great!
I have always been horrified of the dentist....until now. Dr Carter and her staff are wonderful, professional and put me so much at ease from the time I walk into the door until I walk back out!!
My appointment this morning was very enjoyable... felt like being with friends rather than a clinical setting. I just like everyone who works there so much personally and professionally... look forward to going!
