I used to work there (2017). It started off with excitement and a desire to do be successful. However, over 100 days, what I witnessed, was taught, and told to do was some of the shadiest and deceitful sales tactics out there. (Even after bringing in guys who showed them more effective ways.) Both the service underwriter we dealt with and the manager ******. ****** has no class, is disrespectful towards women and thinks he can intimidate people. He has a God mentality and wouldnt even get his **** out of his chair to meet the customers requesting to speak with him. They scammed me .. they said they were gonna give me $40,000 for my truck and they only gave me $***** I even told them no I want $40k and he got up and said ok well give you $40k and left to talk to his buddies .. my cousin her husband and another ****** were all there and heard him .. I bought a 2019 **** Ranger,when sales person had me go see it,he had tailgate down and all 4 doors open.It appear good ,drove it,was good. I accepted it,got paper work done. They detailed it,I drove away.It was after got home that I seen the back fender had been damaged,when calling,I talked withmanager,he just said,well Salemen wanted a sale,so didn't mention it. I just want to say how blessed we feel to deal with Surprise Ford. We got my husbands F150 from them are there was mechanical issue right away. They took him in and did all they can do address the issue including giving him rental. When they realized it was going to take longer then anticipated they stepped out and gave him a used F150 truck off the lot to drive as rental. Later unable to fix the issue Surprise ford went above and beyond to get him into a new truck and not any new one but his dream one .. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN... read more
Surprise Ford has a terrible ************* Took a Platinum in for warranty work and it was not taken care of at all. Service writer **** Great house got angry because the survey on their service was not a good one. He told us to redo our survey whichever said we would when satisfied and warranty work was done. Took it back again and **** said we would have to go to a different dealership. All because he did not get a good survey. He had even proceeded to send a second survey telling us to redo it. DENIED WARRANTY WORK WITH A FULLY INTACT FACTORY WARRANTY!I took my truck to Surprise Ford in September for a few issues i needed taken care of under warranty. One was the driver seat moved around. My service advisor, ****, told me that is completely normal. In what world is a moving seat normal? Not until I pointed out a TSB for it, did they actually do anything about it. I bought 2017 Ford Fusion SE w/1.5L ecoboost motor brand new in January 2018 and started to have issues for the past year and half. Note that I do all schedule maintenance on my vehicle. At 39K miles, car stalled, and check engine light appeared, my service advisor told me it was a bad throttle body which was covered under warranty. My husband and I both bought vehicles from this dealership August 2020. The Finance guy told us that we had to buy extended warranty and Gap coverage in order to get approved by the Credit Union. They said the Credit Union required it. After the purchase I asked the credit union and was told that was not true. I reported this to Ford and turned out the Finance Guy and Sales person were running a scam to improve their numbers $$. Both were fired.
