This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with.After changing the advertised price when we came to purchase a vehicle, they sneak additional items into your deal, leave out key details about the contracts while youre signing, and dont even show you the full contract when handing you the iPad to sign. Somehow, your two signatures end up appearing in multiple places on the contract.If **** ****** is involved in your deal, ask for someone else.

Surprise Ford has a bad reputation as can be seen by the other entries in this BBB ****** my case, in June 2023 I took a 2022 **** Escape for routine service at ***** miles on the odometer. 'The Works' (engine oil and filter, rotate wheels, multipoint inspection) was the package selected online when making the service appointment. There was a recall to clear as well. I purchased a 2024 **** escape from this dealership and a month later the engine has to be replaced. I wish I could give -5 to this dealership. I have a transition order for a **** Maverick originally placed in October of 2022. I have a price summary sheet with the **** at that time as well. When my truck arrived they tried to sell it to me at the current **** instead of offering it to me with the price protection certificate that most dealers have issued from ****. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle to get serviced. Prior to my appointment time, an advisor called asking what the issue was & since it was minor to take it in early. (My appt was scheduled at 4pm)I agreed & took my vehicle in at 1ish.The reason for my appt was my left front tire was leaking air. I used to work there (2017). It started off with excitement and a desire to do be successful. However, over 100 days, what I witnessed, was taught, and told to do was some of the shadiest and deceitful sales tactics out there. (Even after bringing in guys who showed them more effective ways.) They didn't care who or how, they were s******* you, as long as it benefited the (mostly men) sitting behind all of the glass windows. The customer and the sales person were of no concern.
