Surin is one of my fave places to eat in Birmingham! They have a variety of vegan options, and they're willing to customize things to meet allergy sufferers' needs, which not all places are. My favorite dish is the Pad See-U without egg and with tofu as the protein, but I also love the sweet and sour dish made with tofu, as well. My friends assure me that their sushi is amazing, also.
