Honest and trustworthy Caring and friendly – In August of 2009 my husband myself and our two boys have travelled to White Plains NY to visit our family. On our way back to FL our mini van shuts off with us on the Bronx River Pkwy. This was shear terror with a 3 & 5 yrs old. Surgical has lower prices and better service – I went to Surgical Auto Repair 3 yrs ago and has been going back, because of the quality repair and service I have been getting. Sandra & Donald took the time to explain what service I needed then and what could wait my 2000 BMW has never ran better & has never left me on the road since I have been going to Surgical there prices is much less than the dealer and I believed I have gotten the same service or better. I have been a customer for 5 years – I use my car extensively for commuting 120 miles a day / 3 days a week to work plus a very active personal schedule. Knowing that my car is reliable is critically improtant to me. Rat Thieves – They are rip -off artists. They don't do the work they are billing you for, and the labor charges are outrageous
Not so good service – The prices are above the real cost. Does not provide timely service. I was told a wrong price for a product. So that the company could get more money. Overall Liars!
NOTHING BUT TROUBLE – I WENT TO SURGICAL AUTO WITH THE GREATEST EXPECTATIONS AFTER YEARS OF CONTEMPLATING FINALLY I DECIDED TO TRY THEM OUT BY GETTING A TUNEUP. THE TUNEUP WAS EXPENSIVE FOR THE TUNEUP I RECEIVED. HOWEVER THIS WAS ONLY THE BEGINING OF MY TROBLEMS WITH "SA". THEIR MECHANIC/OWNER SUGGESTED THAT I REPLACE THE V-BELT SINCE MY 1999 PASSAT HADN'T HAD IT REPLACED SINCE NEW AND ACCORDING TO HIM SHOWED SOME WEAR. My auto repair shop – I love the service I recieve at Surgical Auto Repair. My loctition recommended the shop to me after I was complaining about my old shop trying to charge me a price I wasn't comfortable with. I went Surgical Auto Repair on a last minute basis, they were about to close up, but waited for me. they repaired my a/c, and they are now the family repair shop.
