Super! – The guys are super! They are attentive and gets their job done in a timely manner. I have no complaints very happy with the service I received.
Fair – I dealt with Donald at Surgical Auto Repair for engine repairs to my Altima. We changed the timing belt and did a thorough tune up and oil change, checked the brakes and rotors. I felt the service was great and cost reasonable and fair.
Super Fantastic – Some auto shop likes to rip you off, but Surgical Auto is definitely not one of them. They are super friendly and most of all, totally trustworthy. They always do a great job and give you the best customer service ever.
Surgical Auto is a great shop. I take my car here every time my car is acting up. They do such a wonderful job in figuring out the problem and solving it. Best of the best!
Greatest Mechanic – A few weeks ago I was at my wits end, after going to four different shops and my problem was not solved and them charging me for work that was not fixed. I found Surgical Auto Repair from another shop who was honest to tell me that they could not fix the problem. I am very impressed with the people in this shop. I had problem with my Honda and it looked like no one was able to diagnose it. A friend of mine recommended me Surgical Auto Repairs. Knowledgeable people. Good customer service. The mechanic found the problem, explained everything in details and fixed it. I did some price comparison and I can tell theirs are extremely competitive. Knowledgeable – Great place to bring your car. Everyone is so knowledgeable. I always get great advise from them. I've been coming here for two years and I have never gotten ripped off.
Very professional and honest – Being a female I am used to getting ripped of by auto mechanics. This is sad but true. I was referred to Surgical Auto Repairs by another shop that was fortunately honest enough to tell me they could not fix my car. I have finally found a shop that will not rip me off. They were honest, patient and their professionalism went beyond anything that I could expect. Surgical gave me a detailed explanation about the service and price for my car. I will come here again anytime.
