The staff at surgical auto at very friendly and very knowledgeable. I went for an oil change based on an advertised special. I called and told the receptionist I wanted to take advantage of the special and told her the year and brand of my car. I also handed in the flyer when I arrived for my appointment and was assured that everything was included. Their special specified a tire rotation with an oil change which I wanted. they are the worst – THEY ARE COMPLETE RIPS OFFS. THEY CREATE PROBLEMS FOR THE CAR. THE LADY INVITES YOU IN WITH HER CHARMING VOICE AND TAKE COMPETE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THEY MESS UP THE CAR AND MAKE THE PROBLEM WORST AND PUT YOU IN A TOUGH SPOT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAMILY OF THIEVES

Friendly Service – This last week was my first time coming here. I found everyone there to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I came for a just an oil change because the prices were great. They did it quickly and I was on my way in no time. I will be using them again in the future.

Good place for repair – I found a good place for my Corolla repair. Sometimes I need just basic service such as a tune up and oil change but this past week I had to have CV joints replaced because it kept making a popping noise upon making left turns. I felt that the service was quick and painless now my car does not make that noise and I feel great.
