Because they wrote down the incorrect number, didn’t verify the number before we hung up and then we had to call back this am because we didn’t have confirmation and they said then “oh yeah you are confirmed”! Wasted day at this time place!! 😡👎🏻
The lady cancelled our reservation because she took down the wrong number on the initial call.. the next day we called to get the address & she didn’t mention anything about not having our right number & canceling .. we showed up for no reason. Not to mention she “threw away” our credit card information. Can it be trusted & no sense of remorse or empathy for HER mistake. She smirked at our frustration. Great experience throughout the whole process. Online booking was easy, reasonably priced, and was fun for the whole family!! We were running late and they even called right before our scheduled time to make sure we were coming!! Crew was great! I highly recommend this 👍🏼😊😁
Great hospitality and fun times. We saw lots of dolphins and had a great time. Prices are very reasonable and we would do it again.
