this property is poorly maintained and has a lot of deferred maintenance. The view is phenomenal, the location is phenomenal, but it is poorly managed and poorly maintained.

i recommend the hotel for location, views, and price point. The view is excellent, scenic, beautiful..... The room was great. Price was reasonable for the above. Restaurant was only for breakfast, very accommodating menu from blueberry pancakes/waffles to eggs and bacon, sausage, oysters or crab to omelets.
We went here because the price was reasonable on the internet, however when we called to reserve our room we were charged nearly twice as much and never sent a confirmation. Our room was dirty. The sheets needed to be changed before we could sleep in them, they had hair all over them, (some appeared to be pubic). The floor was so dirty that my feet turned black, the shower had pink and black mildew in it. The baseboard heater by the entryway door was filthy, lights were burnt out. We stopped for a drink, view was great and the bartenders, Jackie and Daniel were entertainers. Had a great time!
Came in to eat breakfast in the morning ! Great service and waitress Margarita was super nice !! Beautiful view, excellent food. 100% recommend !
After 30 years of going to this place, we were treated so poorly and our room was given to someone else so we had to rent “2” rooms!!
Very dirty. My sister in laws room smelled like mold.
The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great! Very friendly and were able to give suggestions for local thongs to do and see. The meatball soup at the restaurant was sooo yummy! We were in an upstairs room that had a jetted tub, separate shower, fireplace, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and a deck for taking in the wonderful view and sunset!!! The room felt comfortable and homey and a very comfy king bed.
