Joselyn helped my mom get her supplies. Very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My mom is 87 and bed bound. She help us get the right things based on her needs instead of what the insurance wanted to cover. I had no idea what the differences were with the supplies and she took the time to explain it so nicely and patiently.
My son’s old provider of pull-ups recommended this company after they stopped providing incontinence supplies. What a nightmare to deal with. First they sent me the wrong size pull-ups after I told them the exact ones he was getting from previous company. I asked for samples to confirm sizes and after 2 weeks I asked why I never received them and their response was the department they sent the request to never replied? My kid is out of pull ups!! They have had weeks to do something. I am going elsewhere asap!!
SurfMed has been awesome from start to delivery of machine. Everyone who called to verify address, gather details insurance, and even provide an update during the process. They are fast to get clients setup and have a technician come to the home to help setup.
