I had an excellent experience at surface dermatology with Dr. J! The team was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. For those with needle phobia, the team will go above and beyond to make me feel calm and supported. I've just had my second visit here. Both times have been extremely positive experiences. Dr. J gives honest opinions on what does and doesn't need to be done. He gives clear explanations in a very calm and comforting way, both on procedures and costs. I have a fear of needles, but Erona put me at ease and I really didn't feel any pain or discomfort! Took daughter in for a skin tag removal. The front desk was extremely helpful at getting us an appointment, they were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Carr made my daughter feel at ease and took time to explain the process. The nurse was friendly and great at communicating the process and setting expectations. The entire experience was easy, streamlined and professional.
Surface Derm clinic is a very clean, stand-out, and calming facility. Their staff are kind and welcoming. They're very professional and make you feel comfortable no matter the procedure, from the front desk receptionists, to the nurses, and Doctors. I was very impressed with how quick I could get an appointment (mole removal), and there was practically no wait time when I got to the clinic.
