After 2 years of coming through and being a frequent customer they have began to refuse service because I have a wheelchair ramp on my vehicle. They have always turned off the back brush so it does not get caught on the ramp and today they have refused service. They gave me the supervisor kirks number and he told me the same thing. I cannot believe that they are refusing service to someone that has handicapped needs such as a wheelchair ramp. I went though the wash and after getting home saw that my hood was still spotted. We went back 3 hours later and were told we couldn't get a rewash because we left the property. The girl at the front even asked if it was the same vehicle! Glad it's not hard to find another car wash! ****UPDATE**** The company quickly contacted me and made good on this situation! Thank you!!
Let me start off by saying I would wash my truck here at least once a week and I was happy with the service until....... the wash dented my truck. Tomas (who would not give me his title) told me there is just now way his machines could cause the damage but he wouldn’t look at the damage in person. The dents were caused by someone’s antenna that got ripped off and stuck in the horizontal rollers and it dented my truck next to my back window. He was an a$$ and has horrible customer service.
