Went in to get a new sticker for my new vehicle. Because I had gotten my sticker replaced in the past (broken windshield, new vehicle etc) they wanted to charge me $2 for the sticker. I’ve been paying $30/month since they opened this car wash and only use it maybe 3-4 times/month. $2 for a sticker? It wasn’t the cost, it was the principle. So I cancelled my membership… plenty of places to get my vehicle washed that will value my business…

RecommendedIt is without a doubt the best car wash in Tucson. The equipment is top of the line. More than enough spaces for detailing your vehicle (ie. drying, vacuum, etc). And last but by no means the least. The employees are always on top of everything. They actually take the time to walk through the vacuum areas checking to see if you need anything. 10/10 getting washed here from now on. Membership prices are cheaper than Mister (my usual go-to) and the customer service was better as well. They care about the finished product! Just finished a 4200 mile road trip and they sent me back through free of charge since wash #1 didn’t take care of it all, even stopped me to hand wash what the machine wouldn’t get.
If you saw my earlier post about my car possibly being damaged here, just letting everyone know I was wrong. They finally showed me the photos of what it looked like before going into the wash line. What I thought was new damage occurred before being washed. Feeling better about taking my car here in the future.
Their equipment took off my spare tire cover on a Rav4 which is over $200. It was not damaged before. They claim it went under a car after me and that person drove off with it under their vehicle. They will not take responsibility or replace it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service!!!

They always do such a great job and are so kind!
I witnessed the barricade arm get knocked off today. They try to screw customers over and call their insurance companies. The arm has a breakaway system that is designed to be hit so if you knock it off, all you have to do is loosen some bolts and put it back on. Takes under 5 mins. They try to screw customers over who make honest mistakes and knock the arm off of the mechanism. It happened to me about 8 months ago, they just didn’t know who they were trying to screw over.
