I loved the indoor pool/spa. Beds were firm but soft enough . Walls were just a little too thin you can hear everything on top of your room, to the side of your room etc. Overall it’s about a 3star but I did like it, it had a good size kitchen.
do not go here !!! i literally got ate alive here. bed bugs crawling all over the bed !! woke up to my eye swollen shut along with 23 bed bug bites that are also huge !! staff acted like it was no big deal.

I would not recommend it there are first night there we food bed bugs on the bed it was so nasty the house keepers needs to do alot better job especially if there charging you 133.00 a night. and the management needs major improvement. and they need to charge less for bed bug hotel.

Read my yelp review, posted on 8-7-2018. How hard up can a chinzy motel be? With tons of tourists coming to Santa Cruz, should have no problem booking their rooms. However, they are ripping people off that make booking mistakes or ask to change the non-refundable rate to a refundable rate. I made a mistake in picking a rate, not realizing it was non refundable. Do not stay here for the free breakfast. It was very minimal and unhealthy. White bread a big jar of peanut butter and warm watered down orange juice. Rooms were only painted nothing else is new. Our keys did not work when returned from being out on the 2nd day. So many reasons to not stay here.
La verdad la piscina tiene el agua muy sucia y la habitación estaba muy sucia la carpeta la ventana no se podía cerrar bien había mucho ruidos de gente tomando a muy noche y no les dicen nada se escuchan botellas tiradas estoy muy decepcionada �
Beds are hard. May as well sleep on the floor. The room was also supposed to have a king and a queen they are double sized mattress. Left to get dinner got back and no room in parking lot because a bus is taking like 5 spaces. They are also a typical hotel that never cleans ac filters.
