Got to our dark room had to park a block away because there was no parking spaces at the hotel, the lights outside were so bright shining through the blinds with no curtains I couldn't sleep . I'm listening to a whole conversation of people outside right now the walls are super thin. This place is not with $40.00 a night little lone $120.00 and $300 on the weekend ! Made for a horrible night stay.
Worst place ever our room smelled like someone had just taken a shit the bathroom was super dirty . Employees in the front office have a freaking attitude .
This place was HORRID!!! THERE WAS BLOOD SPRAY ON THE DOORS AND WALLS, BATHROOM COUNTERS AND FLOOR STAINS ON THE SHEETS AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT WAS A SARCASTIC JERK WHO HAD ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST!!! Not to mention broken tiles in the bathroom!! Crappiest place ever!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL CONTINUE WRITING HORRIBLE REVIEWS THAT THEY DESERVE!!
no breakfast as advertised, pools closed until 10 am so can't swim until almost check out. lights right outside your room no real curtains so sleeping was hard. overpriced for quality of room. Only thing they have going for them is location. pick another hotel if you can. some people even talked about bedbugs. AWFUL
Checked in yesterday, the young lady at the front desk was so kind and genuine. Later we were in the pool and she came over twice to ask if we needed extra towels , how many and took them to our room. Wow I really felt like I found someone with customer service. Thank you.
