The room is "mostly" clean. The beds are moderately comfortable. During peak tourism the parking lot gets crowded and the space of the spots are smaller than normal. The management could install black out curtains in the rooms to block out the daylight-like lights outside the windows. If you are looking to save money, then this is the place for you. You get what you pay for. No bedbugs in our room, thank goodness! Enjoy your stay in Santa Cruz and be aware that this is not a safe neighborhood you are staying in. Aloha!
Worst hotel ever!! Terrible Terrible customer service! Staff was incredibly rude and not helpful. Way over priced, room was appalling, sticky and disgusting! will never stay here again!!
If I could give this a minus 5 stars I would. HORRIBLE! The room smelled like a Grateful Dead concert. Which is something I really don't want to expose my 6 & 9 yr old to. The blinds on the window were completely broke so slats were missing & anyone could look in. The phone was there, plugged in but did not work! Beds were not very comfortable. DO NOT STAY, BED BUGS AND NO REFUND AND HERE LESS THAN AN HOUR
The rooms were nothing like the pictures, rooms were dirty and bedding wasn’t clean and to top it off I got woken up at 4am because the building caught on fire and they had the smoke detectors covered in plastic bags, not safe I’m glad my family and I were able to make it out safe.
the managers are rude and disrespectful. The maids sometimes come in locked guest rooms (with their master key), without knocking or permission. You're not allowed to have guests in your room. The overall feeling is one of inhospitable unwelcome.
I reccomend that U book a suite lots more room...the suites r very nice
Oversized Beautiful hot pool and jacuzzi. Coffee in lobby. WiFi. Nice room and shower.
