I like it. I cant complain about anything. Definitely im staying here again the next time.
The room was smelly and mouldy, so when we asked the receptionist for another one he got mad, saying that this is what we get for the money we are paying and he kept convincing us that it was not mould. He eventually gave us another room, but we had to argue for it. So rude and unprofessional. I would never go there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

terrible room, but you can score several kinds of drugs just by hanging out at the pool.
Somewhat comfortable, we can here people yelling upstairs. Food is just mainly grain products. I don't think this place was really worth it.
Decent hotel that serves its purpose. Wouldn't spend more than a night or two there but overall it was decent at best.
The beds were comfortable,the room was sort of clean, no closet or hangers for the clothing rack outside of the bathroom so we couldn't hang up our jackets. It took awhile for the hot water in the shower to heat up but the heated pool and jacuzzi were nice. There was no information available for things to do in Santa Cruz or places to eat. The 6am to 9am continental breakfast was nice just wish there had been some fresh fruit. And the parking is very limited.
