The room we booked had two bedrooms. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. More importantly, customer service was beyond the norm. They wanted us to see the room before we booked and spent our money. The parking lot was full, they cameout authorized us where to park, gided us, etc... Customer service exceeded expectations. I will come again.
Breakfast was literally just cereal and waffles. No coffee pot in the room. Employees were very rude.
No parking. Mean staff. Bathroom had a feces problem.
The staff I saw were not friendly. Almost hostile even. We were downstairs and there must have been an elephant upstairs. I never heard so much stomping and banging at 6am it's really too bad. They need to be more selective on where they put people or put fans in both bedrooms. The floors were filthy. The bed sucked. I did not feel safe.
The rooms where not very clean and the towels had mud on it. We asked for a remote for the tv Cause the original one was not there. We never got a new remote nor any other reply. Location is good but you should stay some where else
The worst motel I have ever stayed in. Even beats out some in China I have stayed at.
