Incredible staff, very friendly and very professional. The staff takes extra time with the patients to ensure they are comfortable and understand everything. I brought my mom here for her glasses and it was a wonderful experience.
Dr.Gans has been my son's eye doctor for over 31 yrs. Thank God for him !! We are very lucky to have found this awesome doctor !!
My husband, John, and I have had nothing but positive experiences in the many years we have been seeing Dr. Gans and the SureVision family. Last year John had cataracts in both eyes removed with lens implants. He now only needs glasses for reading (after all he is old!). Last month I had both eyes done and was able to get monovision. After 50+ years of wearing glasses I no longer need them. Bless you Larry Gans. From the moment we step into the office we are always treated with respect and friendliness. Terrible customer service. Poor communication and confusion about treatment. Actually saw them make fun of an elderly person who was confused about payments. Unacceptable.
