By providing better customer care services by the branches located at different countries. Highly disappointing services received from Indian branch of Sure Vision. Or i shall say no services received other than the voice record that says all the agents are busy at the moment and they stop taking calls when they know that you are calling for complaining.

I went with a friend for their eye appointment and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend to other.
Dropped my glasses on concrete floor last night-one lens came out and I couldn't get it to stay in. Dropped by the office and the tech immediately waited on me. She put the lens back in, tightened all the screws and adjusted the ear pieces. She was very pleasant and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes!
