First-term bonds are noncancellable, nonrefundable legal documents . Bonds shipped via the United States Postal Service cannot be tracked and can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If your bond does not arrive after 10 business days, you would be assessed a $25 duplicate fee along with trackable shipping of at least $12 before we could reissue. Wow guess what never showed up in mail. what a scam
