I didn't have any issues with this company until I received an email stating the ownership information didn't match with our secretary of state record. Our SOS doesn't keep ownership information, only registered agent. So I drop everything and bend over backwards to get them all the necessary documents then when I get my renewal, my address is incorrect despite fixing it the previous year. Does not care about their customers pr customer service
The first time I ordered a bond from them, no problems. When I renewed my bond, they put the completely wrong date on the bond, and I nearly lost my license. If I had not had it done so far in advance, I would have lost it. This time, they sent the bond and nothing ever showed up. When I asked about it, they told me I had to pay to have a copy sent. Neither I nor my office will never use this company again.
Well, pick up the phone for a start. I've been on hold for 26 minutes now..........paid my money, no further correspondence....
These guys actually answered their phone, got us a quote quickly and made the whole transaction really easy. I would highly recommend them!
They quote your a price. Then double it. I have proof that our credit score is way over what Jill said. I had it pulled on 12/31/16. way higher than she said. They do not answer and you have to leave lots of VM and emails. I am so glad I found another company especially after reading the reviews!
