Please read all before booking! Unfortunately my family and I booked this hotel before reading reviews or doing our research. It was not a pleasant experience. The first room we were in smelled terrible and we requested a new room, luckily we were able to get a new room but it smelled like chemicals and the a/c was not working properly also there was hair in the bathroom and mysterious stains on the sheets. Room was very small and cramped up.Bad smell in room. service was prompt ,receptionist was helpful to get some help Breakfast has very limited options Overall experience was not as expected

The towels were dirty and had stains, also they had hair. The bed sheets too, had hair. The room when we first walked in smelt bad. The ac was not functioning well.

Booked through booking.com was advertised on there as well as their personal website as pet friendly (checked both to be double sure). Was turned away when we got in because we had three (under 10lb) dogs. Said they only allowed two or less, No where on the website did it say only 2 pets. I understand it’s their policy but when they don’t say that anywhere and someone has already booked, they should have taken responsibility and honored their booking, then updated their website and with booking.com with the correct policy. DO NOT stay there. I checked in and went to the room. Opened the door and it was clearly occupied. I went back to the front desk and his response was, "How embarrassing." He never apologized. He then gave me another room. It was awful. It looked like it hadn't been updated in years. The floor was torn, AC didn't work correctly, toilet wouldn't flush, and bedding/pillows were stained.
