The ER staff seems more concerned with money than a persons well being. I have found the GBMC Clinic after care to be worthless & non-caring.
They are awesome...Absolutely #1 in Customer Service and patient care. Would recommend them to everyone.

Just recently had my gallbladder removed and I just want to say the whole team of nurses and hospital staff were amazing very kind and gentle in 2010 I had my daughter there also had a great experience also they treated me very kind I was there practically every day for testing up until my c-section this will be my number 1 hospital choice every time thank you everyone for doing an awesome job it's greatly appreciated <3
I thought I was having a miscarriage at 9 weeks and the nurse told me there was no piont in seeing me that it happens all of the time. I had to demand to be seen by a doctor and had to wait 3 1/2 hours to be seen. Thank god everything was ok, but the staff is rude and the whole place is dirty. They tried to have me lay down on sheets someone else just used. I said no and that I wanted clean sheets and they acted as if I was some sort of pre Madonna for wanting clean sheets.. Horrible place to go if you are sick!
Ten stars for taken care of my baby girl
I bring a person that is not feeling well to the hospital. He talks to his doctor. Doctor says come in through the ER and you will be admitted. We get to the hospital a hour later. Doctor is on call at the hospital when I bring him and it still takes two hours to get admitted. Who is to blame.
Having a procedure done in June had one done before its the best hospital! !!!!
