My grandmother was in the ICU until Friday when she passed away. She was in excellent care and the procedure for taking her off of life support was amazing. The nurses Amy and Lisa were amazing. We love you. From the Beard family. --the granddaughter
The best experience ever delivering my baby here was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend recommend to anyone.
My daughter and I have been to their pediatric er and have never had to wait for very long to be triaged to taken back to a room. All the nurses and doctors are very nice and have treated all the grandchildren with respect and made them very comfortable. Many of our visits are in the late evenings and they try to get us home quickly but don't rush us. We understand what is needed and they always make follow ups to their pediatrician. I was admitted early Friday AM for a leg issue and stayed for five days due to other issues. The staff at GBMC could not have been better! Not only were they courteous, but quickly diagnosed my ailments and treated them properly. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in the SICU unit and the staff in unit 35. (Bonnie, Adella, Mary, Nicole, Jennifer and many others) Thanks GBMC!!

I had my son here in June 2013. Excellent staff! Extremely helpful and caring. Only complaint I had is some nurses were a bit rude but you get that with staff. Most people I encountered were amazingly nice and helpful. Only place id have any other children. Also great er long wait but again great staff
I would like to thank everyone in the NICU at GBMC for the outstanding care and loving support they gave my granddaughter, Michaela McGovern, who was born on September 21, 2014. Because of her premature birth, she had to stay in the hospital for three months. Our family was very distraught and upset for her health and well-being. Everyday every nurse and staff exhibited the greatest professionalism and gave Michaela excellent medical care. I would not recommend this hospital to no one. Nothing but problems from minute one. I cant wait to leave tommorow and break free from this jail. They dont let you sleep, starve you to death and dont have any necessities. The nursery cut my babys face and told me they were out of neosporin. Then they told my 16 year old daughter if she stayed past 8pm visiting hours they were calling protective services...in case something happens to me so basically they were wishing on my death.
Had the best experience with delivering my first son at GBMC! Karen the L&D nurse, Cindy from lactation, Chantal in post pardum....loved having you all as a part of the biggest day of my life! Thank you for everything!
