Tim was awesome with taking care of the yearly furnace and air conditioner check up. I also like how sure-fire keeps in touch with you before and after the work is done. I never hesitate to call!
Steve C. was here to do inspections and cleanings on the furnace and air conditioning. He is very thorough and writes a complete summary of work done and stats. Also friendly and respectful of property. Last year he found a failing part on the furnace, but this year he says the equipment is in excellent condition, and ready for another "100,000 miles." Steve came to do a routine inspection, found a problem with the heat exchanger and was back promptly to install the replacement. We are very satisfied with the service.
Furnace went out so I would make a call to them since they serviced it. Waited 2 hrs and finally got a call back. By this time I made a call to another business and told them that I have someone else coming out. Didn't even get to say thank you for the call back and got hung up on. Not a good way of doing business. Can understand if the service people are busy, but just a call even if it was an 1/2 hour and just say we are busy and will be there as soon as we can. But to wait 2 hrs and then get hung up on. Wow never again.
