RecommendedLast week we had issues with our furnace not heating, Steve came out to assess the situation & it happened to be more serious than just the heater/blower ~ to sum it up, we needed a "new" furnace which Steve explained in detail to my husband, the very next day we had a new unit installed by 2 very nice installers, that made sure everything was running & heating smoothly. We had a outstanding technician work on our furnace from Sure Fire today
Called for an A/C check, and they were here the next day. Technician stayed until the issue was taken care of and did a very thorough job of explaining the problem and what he did to take care of it.
They have excellent customer service, always on time for service calls, repairs and tune ups and would recommend them to anyone for repairs, service or replacing old units
Very thorough in checking out unit and installing bad part. Very informative about what he was doing and gave us pointers about our system.
Furnace was not working properly. Robert came in a timely manner and found snow in the air intake and a nest in the fresh air intake by the furnace. Checked other things to be sure there were no other issues. With temp at -21, it is reassuring to know the furnace won't die completely in the middle of the night! The nest was also a good reminder to have yearly maintenance!!!
Been a Sure-Fire customer since 1998. Had my system cleaned and tuned up yesterday. Technician reconnected my Aprilaire unit power feed that was disconnected and caught a capacitor issue before it took out my motor. Also did a follow up call this morning to to fix a thermostat wire that came loose after putting the panels back on. Quality outfit!
Asked for a free estimate and they sent the wrong guy, hit me up with a big bill and no answers to what the problem was.
