Provided temporary fix to a furnace problem.(Hit a seized motor with a hammer to bump start it.) Tech committed to sending photos of the issue which they never did. Company said they would provide quotes for full repair. they never did. I paid 85% of the bill ($285) for the temporary fix because they did not finish the job or follow up after I made multiple requests. Steve was on time, most courteous and informative. Everything seemed to be done very thoroughly. We have done business with Sure Fire since 2004 when they installed our furnace, air conditioner and Fresh Air Exchanger in our newly built home. They keep very good records (better than mine). Prices for services seem to be reasonable.
VERY PROFESSIONAL. TECHNICIANS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Brian did the yearly check-up on my heating and air conditioner. He did all the work and answered my questions about a problem that I have in the winter. I'm very pleased with the service I get from Sure-Fire.
It was a pleasure having Bryan do our work for us. He was very personable and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing at all times. He asked us numerous times if we had any questions. He definitely gets an 11 out of 10. Good job Bryan.
