My husband & I made contact with Robert at Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales, La. Our traverse had to be towed to the dealership. Robert arranged for the towing, diagnosis being the transmission replacement that had to be ordered. He kept us with updates, authorized a rental, took care of the warranty & then notified when we could pick up the car. The friendly, professional staff & the quality of service was exceptional.
