Robert in the service department was exceptional! Had us in and out in no time. And was beyond pleasant! Really appreciate great service!
My salesman, Wayne, was great. Highly recommend him. The service department is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. Upon delivery, my end cowl peice was damaged. The service department ordered a new one. When it came in, they called for me to come in to have it changed. They said I didn't need an appointment because it was a very fast and easy fix. I waited 2 hours for them to walk out there to snap it in. It took all of 5 seconds. On top of that, the peice they installed has no finish on it. It can't be cleaned. When th... read more
I paid for oil change and tire rotation and only got a oil change. I know the tires were not rotated because my tire sensor is out in rear right passenger tire and it’s still showing the rear right passenger tire sensor is out
I had a recall and making the appointment was easy. I dropped it off on appointment day & it was fixed quicker than I thought. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
