Very negative experience causing project delays and stress. They shipped AC condenser pad packed in bubble wrap only, which as the result caused the pad to arrive damaged... making it very difficult to replace it and move forward with project without delays...

AVOID! No accountability and they seem perfectly happy to violate *** requirements on shipping and communication. As others have noted, they do not pay for shipping a return. This is not a customer friendly ********* case was particularly bad. SupplyHouse waited THREE WEEKS to ship a product their website said was in stock. There was no communication about the delay.
