I was not sent all the parts water was leaking out at my house. I called 3 PM California time my order was to me by 2 oclock Saturday great ***************** The young lady helped me out the best she can stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes till we figured out thank you. Great job.

Ordering site was great, descriptive and informational and the ***** Fine/Line 6 baseboard arrived on time. However, it came with several inches of mangled fins. I had read previous reviews saying this was a problem but figured it should have been resolved. The damage is not caused by mishandling delivery service. It is the result of poor packaging in the original manufacturing box. No matter how much you bubble wrap, the problem wont be solved unless you open original box and stabilize all the parts. I looked all over for this bathroom fan motor. I needed it quickly and it came in two days. Exactly as ordered. Great pictures on the website helped me confirm that it was the right one.

Our wireless thermostat broke and we were told by a repair person it isn't made anymore and it would cost us $1200 to fix. SupplyHouse had the thermostat that we had been searching for, I put it in and so far so good. I'm just grateful they had it.
My home has ducting system that has square diffusers in the ceiling and are ancient (1975). Supply house actually had a 50 year old replacement. And to think I thought we were hosed. Diffuser fits perfectly, shipped quickly too. Thank you.
