The kitchen is filthy. Air conditioners in the clubhouse (3) 2 of them don't work and owner is so lax (cheap) in fixing anything they will never be up and running....Be careful of the pool, be sure the color isn't yellow, owner is too cheap to buy the right chemicals to make the pool safe for tenants. Other than that the people are great. Linda in the office is the bomb, great person. Steve is her husband and oversees the parks maintenance and is a great person also.
