Friendly, helpful staff is doing a great job. Numerous fun activities and trips for the residents are organized by a committee. This is a pet friendly park with HUGE rv parking spaces. The kitchen cannot be used because it didn't pass code, and was condemned, but we're still a pet friendly park. The winter RV parking rate is one of the lowest in the area, and the park is pet friendly. An awesome place to spend the winter. Great big lots, lots of parking room, for big rigs.
I love living at SB, the park is clean , spacious and well cared for but what makes it so special are the people living in the community❤️
