Donnie with Superscapes figured out a messed up repair from another company, fixed it, replaced some sprinkler heads and reprogrammed my controller and did a great job! I will gladly recommend this company!
Well done job. I sent the request for service and they were here the next day.
If I could give zero stars I would. They dont answer calls or emails. We paid them for a service for our front yard and after several applications it still looked the same as our UN treated backyard! Hired another lawn care company, Nutri Green, and After 1 visit you could see what was happening, and a detailed description is left each time. They never even called to ask why, apologize, nothing! Literally not even 1 star worthy. Stole money from my brother in law, won’t answer his phone calls, and hasn’t sprayed all year like he payed for.
Donny did a wonderful job. Took care of a variety of issues including leaks, a bad pump, broken heads, one that needed moved, etc. He was professional, courteous, and kept me informed on options and progress.
Donny called to verify appointment time, then called again when he was delayed. He seemed very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems. He completed the repairs and adjusted all the heads. Definitely recommend him.
Don't know what happened to this company. Hired them to install fence and sprinkler system. The fence was installed and they were to come back the following week for sprinklers, never heard from them and can't get a hold of them. Gate needs to be adjusted; no response from company. What happened John?
After months of watching our neighbors yars get better ans ours not change at all, we finally switched. After one treatment clovers are already dying! Wish we would have switched sooner. We left several messages ans emails. No one has returned our calls sadly.
