I am very pleased with my water softener and RO system and have enjoyed the benefits they have provided with very little problems. On the rare occasion I do need assistance, it is always a pleasure to work with Melissa and the Superior Water service team. Matt came by to replace our water filters and get our great tasting water back up and running after we had neglected it for a while.
